Feed Quality and Safety Policy
One of the primary objectives of our company is the production and supply of high-quality and safe manganese oxide for animal feed, ensuring the consistent fulfillment of the relevant requirements and expectations of our customers and other interested parties. To achieve this objective, we strictly comply with and monitor all applicable legislative, regulatory, and mutually agreed customer requirements related to the production of manganese oxide for animal feed.
To ensure the production and supply of safe and high-quality products, MN Chemical Georgia LLC is committed to implementing, maintaining, and continually improving a Feed Safety and Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the FAMI-QS Version 6 Standard.
To achieve these objectives, we guarantee that:

We will maintain continuous compliance with all applicable legislative, regulatory, and mutually agreed customer requirements.

Our employees will ensure effective internal and external communication with all relevant interested parties.

Our employees will comply with the requirements of the FAMI-QS Standard, the HACCP system, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP). We will continuously improve their competence through training and professional development.

We will continuously assess Feed Defense and Feed Fraud risks and develop preventive action plans.

Our products will be protected against any form of intentional adulteration, contamination, or fraudulent activity throughout the production and supply chain.

We will continually improve the effectiveness of our Feed Safety and Quality Management System.
In addition, MN Chemical Georgia LLC, as an environmentally responsible company, is committed to conducting its operations in a manner that minimizes environmental impact and protects the climate. Therefore, we undertake to:

Ensure that our processes do not generate greenhouse gas emissions at levels that could negatively affect the ozone layer or contribute significantly to climate change.

Properly manage all waste generated during our operations.

Maintain all equipment in good working condition and ensure regular maintenance is carried out by competent personnel.

Consider, where applicable, the climate change-related requirements and expectations of relevant interested parties and develop appropriate action plans to address them.
Considering the nature of our current production processes, we have determined that our activities do not pose significant climate-related risks at this stage. Nevertheless, we remain committed to continuously monitoring and improving our operations to ensure that our processes do not have a negative impact on the climate.
